What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Technical Programs Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Technical Programs Manager, you need a solid background in project management, technical expertise in relevant domains, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana, and certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master, are commonly required.
