You will lead customer programs from initial handoff through manufacturing launch while coordinating engineering, tooling, quality, suppliers, and production teams. This hands-on role requires end-to-end program management experience, injection molding and tooling experience and the ability to evaluate technical issues, maintain customer communication, and keep several programs moving through different stages.
