About the Department


The Technology and Operations PMO drives enterprise-wide initiatives that enable Franklin Templeton to achieve its strategic vision. Our team partners with business units across Investment Management, Sales & Marketing, Legal and Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver impactful solutions. The Program Manager position is responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, design, and delivery of one of Franklin Templeton's strategic programs. This role drives discovery, monitoring and implementation of Regulatory changes across the organization impacting trading, middle-office functions and downstream performance, risk and reporting systems. As part of the program, the Program Manager leads a team of individual project efforts aimed at enhancing system and operational process changes to ensure company compliance with new regulations.

How You Will Add Value

  • You will shape and oversee the Program roadmap, monitoring new industry Regulations and ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and prioritization of required operational and systemic changes.

  • You will lead the execution of complex initiatives that span multiple regions and functions, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

  • You will drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across business, technology, and operations teams.

  • You will identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies across projects, and adapt strategies as necessary to maintain delivery momentum.

  • You will develop and execute targeted communication and engagement plans to sustain awareness and momentum throughout the program lifecycle.

  • You will lead, mentor and guide globally located resources in the delivery of regulatory projects.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in program management or enterprise change leadership.

  • Proven experience leading global, multi-functional programs with significant change impact (preferably in financial services or asset management).

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills across global teams and executive levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets, teams, and dependencies.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred.

  • Agile and/or SAFe certification preferred.
