THE WORK
As the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) Sr Stf for the MH-60R Air Vehicle supply chain, you will be responsible for:
Subcontract Management: Leading all subcontract management activities, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities, and supporting aircraft activities and proposal processes.
Leadership and Coordination: Guiding and coordinating SPM, SCM, and SCA personnel within MMS and the broader supply chain organization.
Program and Supplier Interaction: Able to develop strong relationships with supplier, IPT counterparts, and customers. Acting as the primary liaison for the MH-60R program management office, attending Program Management Reviews, and engaging with key suppliers and customers.
Performance Management: Driving on-time delivery and Purchase Order placements, overseeing risk management, and ensuring Earned Value requirements are met.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing strategic plans for subcontract program management, making critical decisions affecting subcontractor performance, and managing all phases of the subcontract lifecycle.
