THEWORK
Lockheed Martin Sikorsky Supply Chain, in support of Global Commercial S92/S76 Production and Sustainment line of business, is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, end to end business strategy, capture and proposal execution, subcontract negotiations, component producibility, management of obsolescence, and overall program execution. Indirectly lead team of SCM, and SCA personnel across Production and Sustainment. Act as the main focal point to the various Sikorsky Program Management Offices, attending internal and external Program Management Reviews. Lead continued efforts to align to LM Command Media, establishing and maintaining SCSSP, PPRP, and other related documents focused on identifying, managing, and mitigating risk.
Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office as the supply chain lead on cross functional team
Support the development of strategies within the supply base that align with strategic plans and customer value proposition and win plan(s). Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
Shape opportunities within the supply base to increase probability of win through every phase of the program lifecycle focusing on customer value proposition and discriminators.
Develop key supplier campaign strategies and collaborative efforts to execute win plans
Conduct Executive Management Reviews
Direct and manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the business.
Oversee risk management process, tracking risks. Develop mitigation plans and establish recovery plans to limit risk realization.
Support all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.

You are a seasoned subcontract manager with proven leadership in supplychain strategy, relationship building, and risk mitigation, adept at guiding crossfunctional teams and negotiating complex contracts.
