Job description

WHAT WE'RE DOING
Supply Chain professional responsible for managing supplier cost, delivery, and technical performance on Blackhawk R&D Platforms which includes the Specialized Engineering, Analysis, Test, and Technical Services Contract (SEATTS), Support Services Contracts (SSC), and BH Modernization/Commercial Modification Campaign.
THE WORK
You will be responsible for managing supplier costs, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts supporting a variety of programs and contract types. You will lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and serve as the primary interface between Lockheed Martin and suppliers throughout the subcontract lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex build-to-print, performance specification, and modified Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) subcontracts.
Developing subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services.
Preparing bid packages, conducting bidder conferences, and establishing source selection criteria.
Evaluating supplier proposals, performing cost and price analyses, and leading subcontract negotiations.
Selecting or recommending suppliers and preparing subcontract award packages.
Administering awarded subcontracts, including change management activities and performance monitoring.
Exercising procurement authority and executing supplier agreements and purchase orders within delegated authority levels.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure supplier performance aligns with program objectives for cost, quality, delivery, and technical requirements.

The candidate must have the knowledge of RMS-SAC supplier capabilities for the procurement of unique systems and equipment, specialized materials, and services.
The ideal candidate must be able to work within RMS-SAC's Quality System to support the Subcontract Program Manager and Blackhawk program in sourcing, subcontract negotiations, to generate bid packages, initiate new suppliers, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts, required change activity, expediting, Act as a liaison between the subcontractor, USG customer, and all of RMS SAC functional leads (Program Manager, Finance, Legal, Contracts, Engineering, Operations, and Quality Assurance).
