Every day, our talented team of professionals comes together to tackle some of the most complex engineering challenges, leveraging our collective expertise to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform the way people live and work.
We are on a bold mission to redefine the future of flight. By uniting cutting edge aerospace engineering with next generation digital infrastructure, we are not just building an aircraft-we are building the foundation for next-generation aircraft.
THE WORK
As the Program Manager for a clean-sheet design, you will own the end-to-end execution of the program, driving schedule, cost, performance, and risk targets while coordinating a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, supply chain and multi-disciplined professionals to interface with regulators and commercial partners.
Your responsibilities will include:

Schedule & Cost Management - Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); monitor critical path, forecast variances, and initiate corrective actions; Own the program budget (cost to complete, earned value), track cash flow, and report financial health to Finance and Executives; Conduct trade studies and value engineering reviews to protect margin while meeting performance goals.
Risk & Opportunity Management
Stakeholder & Partner Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, airline partners, and government agencies (FAA, DoD, EASA); Partner with supply chain to negotiate contracts, milestones, and deliverables with Tier 1 suppliers and subcontractors; Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing, and Legal to align commercial strategy with technical delivery.

Desired skills
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA).
• Direct experience with hybrid electric or electric propulsion systems.
• Prior work on dual use (commercial & defense) aircraft programs.
• Experience with government contracts (DAF M, FAR, ITAR compliance).
