The Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team is seeking an experienced Program Leader to drive digital transformation initiatives across RTX. In this high-visibility role, you will partner with senior leaders across the RTX corporate organization and all three business units to develop digital strategies, build strong business cases, and execute programs that accelerate transformation and deliver the full potential of digital technology at enterprise scale.
What You Will Do:
  • Digital Strategy & Planning
  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide digital optimization strategies in partnership with DT leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate current DT services against industry benchmarks and leading practices, highlighting opportunities for modernization and efficiency.
  • Identify digital needs across functions, propose new service offerings, and develop high-quality business cases to secure senior leader sponsorship and investment.
  • Program Management
  • Ensure all programs follow the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) methodology and maintain high-quality milestone planning.
  • Identify and leverage cross-program interdependencies to unlock synergy, streamline execution, and drive efficiency gains.
  • Proactively assess program risks, develop contingency plans, and execute timely corrective actions to address scope, schedule, or budget variances.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing digital strategies and implementing DT services.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level communication and analysis.
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Prior experience in a leading management consulting firm (e.g., Big 5).
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation efforts, particularly in process standardization and technology adoption.
  • RTX CORE Certification or other Lean/Continuous Improvement credentials.

  • This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
