Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainment Program Manager to support our F100 Program. This role will directly support two key customers: Patria Belgium Engine Center, an F100 MRO facility, and Derco Aerospace, a distributor of F100 material. The position will work closely with domestic and international customers, as well as the United States Air Force, to provide critical sustainment support for the global F100 engine fleet. Special focus will include demand planning and forecasting, contract negotiations and management, and coordination across the Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) to ensure all customer support requirements are met. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that interfaces with multiple business functions, including program management, material management, production, component improvement, engine management, operations, finance, contracts, legal, and more.

What You Will Do
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the primary customer interface for sustainment-related activities for Patria Belgium Engine Center and Derco Aerospace.
  • Make recommendations on priorities and allocation of scarce resources to meet customer operational requirements.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives and negotiate contracts that advance program goals and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Coordinate and execute customer visits, ensuring seamless communication and support during engagements.
  • Lead efforts to resolve technical, operational, and logistical challenges for customers.
  • Responsible for managing contract execution, including profit and loss, forecasting and reporting for customer portfolio.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for a small team to ensure alignment, effectiveness, and professional development.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree 8 years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, or operations management
  • or an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, or operations management.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts and export control regulations.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success.
  • International business experience.
  • Strong understanding of sustainment, logistics, and supply chain operations in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, negotiations, and contracts.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
