Job description

You in this Role will manage complex, cross-functional programs from concept through production and launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth, ambiguous environments and has experience creating structure where little formal process exists.
You will coordinate engineering, product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive initiatives, resolve roadblocks, and keep development teams accountable to project milestones. You will be responsible for maintaining documentation and reporting metrics on projects, and provide reporting to executive leadership.
The TPM will establish scalable program management processes, build visibility into execution, create accountability frameworks, and ensure teams remain aligned against aggressive growth objectives and delivery commitments.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical fluency, exceptional organizational leadership, and the ability to drive results in a rapidly evolving environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, track and manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from concept through manufacturing ramp and product launch
  • Build and maintain gantt charts and integrated program schedules across hardware, operations, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams
  • Documentefine milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure execution against timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
  • Build scalable program management systems, tools, reporting structures, and governance processes from the ground up
  • Implement KPIs and dashboards to support executive decision making and program health visibility

Establish standardized methods for:
  • Program tracking
  • Status reporting
  • Risk management
  • Change management
  • Escalation management
  • Cross-functional communication

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Engineering Program Management experience
  • Experience managing complex hardware or consumer electronics programs
  • Proven success operating in fast-growth, high-change environments
  • Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles and manufacturing operations
  • Experience building processes, systems, and operational structure from scratch
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and priorities
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar)

Preferred
  • Prior experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous systems, or similarly complex hardware environments.
  • Familiarity with NPI processes and manufacturing ramp execution
  • PMP certification or similar program management credentials
  • Engineering background or technical degree preferred
