Job Title: Technical Operations Program Manager
Job Duties:
INSPYR Solutions, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Technical Operations Program Manager to analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Drive project execution, translate customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for customers to connect with clients through chat.
• Take part in every type of product operations work, from strategy to product to process improvements.
• Conceptualize, launch, and iterate on chat for millions of users around the world.
• Work with development teams to understand incidents to uncover the root cause analysis and share further recommendations with other cross-functional teams.
• Enhance and modify new features that drive impactful solutions for customers to connect with clients through chat to meet their multifaceted needs.
• Design, develop, and modify software systems and applications using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Establish technical goals and plan strategic development initiatives to achieve those goals.
• Ensure team members on design and implementation.
This position does not supervise any personnel or participate in any management decisions, nor does this position plan, direct or coordinate the activities of any personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Comp Science, Information Systems, Engineering Management, Engineering (any), or any related field of study and five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a foreign degree.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1. Operations/DevOps
2. Create automated reports and health reports (i.e. how systems are working, user quantity).
3. Work with cross-functional teams
4. Problem and Incident Management
