Job Summary:
PamTen Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead and deliver large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs. The ideal candidate will manage complex software delivery initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple BFS technology programs and initiatives.
โ€ข Manage program planning, execution, deployment, maintenance, and operational support.
โ€ข Drive strategic objectives, business outcomes, resource optimization, and financial performance.
โ€ข Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, budgeting, and financial tracking.
โ€ข Ensure adherence to CMMI Level 5 standards, SDLC processes, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
โ€ข Manage compliance with BFS regulations including PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR.
โ€ข Lead audits, change advisory board meetings, and governance reviews.
โ€ข Partner with architecture, pre-sales, and finance teams during proposal and bid phases.
