Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager/Scrum Master with a strong technical foundation. The role involves driving Agile delivery, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring seamless execution across geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage highly cross-functional work packets across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams spanning India and the US.
• Drive project timelines, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 12+ years of total IT experience with strong Agile Project Management/Scrum Master expertise.
• Solid technical background in Oracle and Java technologies.
• Cisco experience is a strong plus.
