Job Summary:Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a large-scale transformation initiative within its technology organization. This individual will help lead migration, transformation, enhancement, and KTLO (Keep the Lights On) efforts associated with decoupling critical data and systems from a third-party platform. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile technology projects, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving project delivery within complex enterprise environments.

Job Description:• Lead project management activities for technology transformation, migration, enhancement, and operational initiatives.• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and driving Agile best practices.• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking.• Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports and executive updates.• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.• Support ongoing transformation initiatives that have been underway for multiple years and have significant year-end deliverables.• Coordinate across Scrum teams, engineering teams, business SMEs, and third-party vendors.• Track project scope, budget, resource allocation, and delivery progress.• Facilitate discussions around project priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended solutions.• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.• Support project documentation, governance, and production turnover activities.• Assist senior project leadership with strategic initiatives and technology delivery efforts.

Minimum Requirements:
