Job description

Scrum Master

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

    Why is this position open:
    New position due to need of a SCRUM master to facilitate the application of Scrum agile processes with project and/or operational teams.
    Fully Onsite. No remote work allowed. Candidate location: Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

    Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):

  • 3+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools.
  • 3+ Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall).
  • Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable.

Required Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree

Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
