Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3  years' experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator in digital related fields such as technology, engineering, data analysis, architecture, or design.
  • Previous experience working on software and/or mobile app development projects 
  • Hands-on experience applying Scrum and Agile methodologies in a cross-functional environment 
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and iterative delivery methodologies 
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies, resolve team impediments, and drive continuous improvement 
  • Strong technical acumen and knowledge of software development processes/procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong presentation skills 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up like environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred 
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale or multi-team Agile initiatives
  • Background working in technology, digital, or product delivery environments
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
