Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support our development teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating Scrum ceremonies, managing sprint planning, and ensuring the removal of blockers for successful project execution.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and track JIRA / AHA boards
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices and principles
  • Identify project risks, delays, and communicate them proactively
  • Assist in removing blockers and facilitating smooth team operations
  • Foster effective communication among stakeholders and team members
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and changing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong facilitation and time management skills


 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and AHA
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) preferred
