Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise with over 18 years of experience in IT Consulting Services. They are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager - Consultant (Scrum Master) to facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, guide teams in best practices, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including: Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement Sessions
• Guide teams in Agile Scrum best practices and principles
• Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams
• Track project KPIs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Communicate project risks, status updates, and issues to stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Support hybrid project management methodologies combining Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Mentor and coach teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and process maturity
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies
• 3+ years of experience with DB querying and programming
• 3+ years of experience using Agile project management tools
• 3+ years of experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Bachelor's Degree (must be completed and verifiable)
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams
Preferred:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Government/Public Sector experience
• ERP project experience
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent Agile certification)
