Scrum Master / Project Manager
Atlanta, GA
Role Overview:
In this role, the project manager will support project teams and squads to deliver projects across a wide eco-system of workplace technologies. Digital Workplace project focus include:
  • Solutions and Control: Focused on digital user products and employee experience to deliver product rollouts, service enhancements and change.
  • Operations: Define, deploy and maintain the end-user support standards, technologies and processes for all employees. Optimize and evolve the employee experience, enabling productivity and efficiency by offering solutions and expert-level support to end-user community.
  • Engineering: Responsible for design, engineering, and implementation across compute, communication and collaboration tools, both physical and virtual. Deliver optimized, integrated, reasonably automated solutions, using industry standard tools.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead global, multi-functional teams on projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, fostering team accountability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality value.
  • Plan, deliver, and close projects that are on time, within scope, and on budget. Resolve project risks, remove impediments, and drive outcomes.
  • Engage and partner with stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and dependent teams in a multifaceted environment for effective teamwork and project success.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and champion organizational change processes.
  • Coaching our teams to embrace flexibility and foster innovation while balancing firm standards and practices.
Required Experience:
  • Experience as program manager, project manager, scrum master, or delivery lead.
  • Experience delivering diverse and large-scale projects in a large enterprise-scale environment.
  • Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
  • Project experience with Digital Workplace projects and cloud computing.
  • Experience in leading and working with Squads covering end-to-end project delivery.
  • Hands-on technical experience or roles previously your career would be beneficial
Preferred Skills:
  • Project/Task management software: ADO, Smartsheet
  • Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, SAFe, Azure, AWS
Work schedule
  • The candidate must be present in the office location at the time of hire.
  • This position requires that the candidate follows BlackRock's Future of Work policies. At this time, all employees and consultants are required to work in BlackRock office locations three days per week.
