Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise data initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Agile project coordination experience who are looking to deepen their experience within enterprise-scale data organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Support Agile delivery execution across enterprise data initiatives
• Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination activities
• Partner across technical and business teams to support delivery outcomes
• Coordinate priorities across data, analytics, reporting, and platform teams
• Support execution within fast-paced, high-volume delivery environments
• Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
• Experience supporting enterprise data environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and execution coordination
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be local to the McLean, VA area
