Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to oversee the planning, development, testing, and deployment of software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technical projects, leading Agile/Scrum teams, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
The client is specifically looking for someone with Project Management + Scrum Master experience, along with strong technical writing and diagramming/documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage software development, QA, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, requirements, and change requests.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical documentation, status reports, and other project artifacts.
  • Create and maintain technical diagrams, process flows, architecture diagrams, and visual documentation as required.
  • Ensure software applications meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested before release.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and remove project blockers.
  • Ensure customer and stakeholder expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Technical Project Management within software development environments.
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master working with Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple projects.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and diagramming skills.
  • Experience creating process flows, technical diagrams, and project documentation.
