Job description

  • Deliver a portfolio of customer projects across different products, industries, markets, and levels of complexity.
  • Lead complex projects end-to-end, from kick-off through launch and enablement, coordinating internal delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Own clear project scoping, alignment, and governance, ensuring expectations are set, approved, and actively managed across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Shape project plans, delivery approaches, and success criteria, balancing customer goals, commercial priorities, creative ambition, and technical feasibility.
  • Track progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and resourcing needs, defining clear escalation paths when plans deviate.
  • Run day-to-day delivery management, removing blockers and keeping teams aligned, focused, and moving forward in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Lead customer conversations with confidence, including senior and executive-level stakeholders, adapting your style to diverse audiences and levels of complexity.
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers, helping them make decisions, navigate trade-offs, and stay focused on outcomes and long-term value.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for long-term success, playing a critical role in expanding Attensiโ€™s position in the US and global markets.
  • Coordinate project implementation and technical setup in partnership with internal specialists and customer technical contacts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of how systems integrate and how technical decisions impact delivery, risk, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve Attensiโ€™s project management workflows, governance, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support and mentor newer project managers, sharing best practice and helping raise the overall standard of delivery across the team.
  • Take ownership beyond individual projects by identifying patterns, improving processes, and helping the team deliver more consistently as we grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, SaaS delivery, implementation, or client-facing delivery roles.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end customer projects, ideally involving implementation, enablement, technical setup, or complex stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams at once, with the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across competing demands.
  • Confident leading customer discussions, workshops, and governance meetings, including with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge constructively, and guide customers through ambiguity or change.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and pace to complex or fast-moving projects.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how project outcomes tie to customer value, adoption, renewal, and growth.
  • Comfortable managing risk, scope, dependencies, timelines, and budgets, while knowing when and how to escalat
  • Technologically curious and digitally savvy, with a genuine interest in how systems work, integrate, and scale.
  • Comfortable asking questions, scoping technical needs, and collaborating with technical experts without needing deep IT expertise.
