Role: Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Atlanta, GA 30334 – Hybrid  

Local candidates only

Must have PMP or CSM certified

CORE COMPETENCIES:

•            Strong background managing information technology projects

•            Knowledge of process development and efficiency

•            Strong written and verbal communication skills

•            Ability to organize and complete complex tasks or small projects

•            Strong ability to articulate technical ideas in simple, understandable language

•            Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities

•            Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical thinking

•            Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members

Minimum Qualifications (Education/Experience):

●            Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

●            8+ years managing Information Technology (IT) projects and programs

●            5+ years Scrum Master experience leading and coaching Agile teams

●            3+ years experience administering Jira and Confluence

●            Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

●            Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification. Advanced certifications are highly preferred
