Job description

The Manager, Technical Operations oversees the technical operations team responsible for delivering service, MAC and project work. This role is accountable for ensuring technical work is properly scoped, scheduled, staffed, executed, documented, invoiced, and reported in a timely and professional manner. The position works closely with the technical operations team, sales, vendors and customers to improve service responsiveness, project execution, labor utilization, team performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
