Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist to build and run the machinery behind talent and people ops as we scale. This isn't a traditional HR generalist role - it's for someone who treats recruiting and people ops like an engineering challenge: we don't just 'use' tools, we build AI-augmented workflows, automate the manual, and engineer our people & talent infrastructure for scale. You'll straddle recruiting ops and people ops, work directly with our existing team, and own the day-to-day execution that keeps our ATS and HRIS infrastructure fast, clean, and scalable. We move fast and put in long hours because we're building the infrastructure for a small team to operate like a much larger one - if that trade-off excites you rather than drains you, you'll fit in here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own interview coordination end to end: schedule and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats and time zones.
  • Build AI into coordination and reporting workflows so a small team can run at scale.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process, responsive and clear at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain data integrity: own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard (volume, conversion, time-in-stage, hiring manager accountability).
  • Partner closely with the Head of People & Talent to manage priorities, streamline processes, and offload high-leverage operational tasks.
Qualifications
  • On-site or hybrid presence preferred.
  • Experience in talent ops, people ops, management consulting, or other high-intensity operational roles.
  • API/MCP experience; comfortable with ATS integrations and automation.
  • Experience with recruiting or people technology (Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, Modernloop).
  • You've supported or run programs across multiple regions, working through regional differences in compliance, process, and stakeholder needs.
  • You write and speak clearly, whether the audience is a hiring manager, a vendor, or leadership.
To Apply

Send us your resume and portfolio or personal website (required) along with a short note on a project you're proud of.
