What You'll Do
As a core member of our Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will:
  • Deliver a smooth end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience, including offer creation and Workday processing
  • Act as a key point of contact for TA operations requests, ensuring timely and high-quality support
  • Manage background check process, include reviewing and escalating concerns raised by the background check vendor
  • Drive immigration workflows, ensuring full compliance and partnering with People Operations
  • Maintain accurate data across HR systems and support create or pull operational reports
  • Contribute to process improvements and TA projects, helping us continuously evolve how we work

What You Bring

The annual base pay for this position is: $75,700.00 - $113,500.00
