Overview
This is a hybrid role that combines full-cycle recruiting with talent operations and recruiting coordination responsibilities. You will play a critical role in helping us attract top talent, improve recruiting processes, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, data-driven, operationally minded, and comfortable balancing both recruiting execution and behind-the-scenes process management. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy improving systems and workflows, and care deeply about creating thoughtful candidate experiences.
You'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of recruiting strategy, operations, and candidate experience while helping build teams that shape the future of Tonal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the people-facing side of recruiting and the systems/process side that keeps a high-performing talent organization running effectively.
This is a 1-year termed temprorary employment position.
What You Will Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across technical, business, operations, and corporate functions

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Facilitate interview debriefs and support hiring teams in making efficient, data-informed decisions

Talent Operations & Process Management
  • Maintain and optimize recruiting workflows, systems, and ATS processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Own interview scheduling coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all stages
  • Track and maintain recruiting data integrity, reporting accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Compensation, Finance, and Payroll to support hiring operations and onboarding processes

Data & Reporting
  • Analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes through data insights and operational improvements
  • Support headcount tracking, hiring forecasts, and recruiting operational planning initiatives

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Act as a steward of Tonal's candidate experience by ensuring thoughtful communication, efficient coordination, and strong attention to detail
  • Help continuously improve interview processes, candidate communications, and hiring team enablement
  • Support recruiting programs and initiatives including internships, hiring events, and employer branding efforts

Who You Are
  • 3-6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent operations, recruiting coordination, or a hybrid talent function
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions
  • Strong operational mindset with experience working in ATS systems and recruiting workflows
  • Comfortable working with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for candidate experience and process excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership
  • Strong team-player mentality with a collaborative, hands-on approach; willing to step in and support teammates and broader recruiting initiatives wherever needed to ensure team success

Extra Credit
  • Experience supporting both technical and non-technical recruiting
  • Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
  • Experience with headcount planning or recruiting analytics
  • Familiarity with compensation, onboarding, or broader people operations processes
