About The Role

The Talent Operations Coordinator provides broad support across Talent Operations. This role manages new hire communications, I-9 processes, employee data, and supports onboarding and offboarding activities. The Talent Operations Coordinator also serves as a backup to the Employee Experience Specialist for orientation and other employee experience initiatives. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain exposure to multiple HR functions.

What You'll Do

  • Assist HR Generalists and Managers with day-to-day HR processes and employee lifecycle activities for all Markets as needed.
  • Manage I-9 completion and verification, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate new hire communications, paperwork, and onboarding logistics.
  • Support hiring managers, IT, Payroll, and departments to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
  • Prepare new hire packets and data entry.
  • Maintain the HR Hub with current forms, policies, process guides, and resources.
  • Assist with HR projects, audits, reporting, and process improvements.
