Talent Attraction & Development Analyst/Sr. Analyst - Houston, TX

Purpose

The Talent Attraction & Development Analyst is responsible for leading recruitment and talent development initiatives for assigned business areas. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering directly with managers and HR Business Partners to attract, assess, and develop talent while ensuring alignment with organizational workforce and development strategies. The position also leads the planning, coordination, and execution of the Summer Internship Program from recruitment through onboarding, development activities, performance follow-up, and program closure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including workforce planning support, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate recommendations, and guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing and talent mapping initiatives.
  • Lead the Summer Internship Program end-to-end, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, program activities, performance follow-up, intern presentations, and offboarding activities.
  • Support and execute talent development processes, including performance management cycles, people reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Conduct and coordinate development conversations, employee follow-ups, and exit interviews, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze recruiting and talent development metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Manage and maintain talent data within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to address business and employee development needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, employment regulations, and talent management standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and talent development processes.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related areas.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple job functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience coordinating internships or early career programs is preferred.
Required Skills

  • Experience with talent assessment tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance Talent Attraction processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, talent pipeline development, and recruitment analytics.
