Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Talent Brand
Job Purpose:
Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Brand is an exciting opportunity to support enterprise Talent Acquisition initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position the organization as an employer of choice.
The person in this role will be skilled in, and passionate about, the continuous improvement of our talent strategies, tools and our presence in the market. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and business leaders across the organization, this role offers an opportunity to define and sustain our best practices while continuously growing a candidate pipeline that ensures that we have the talent we need to meet our business objectives now and for the future.
Location: Newton, MA (Hybrid)
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and oversee streamlined, optimized, and benchmarked processes that ensure candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers have an outstanding experience throughout the attraction and selection process.
  • Expertly consult with leaders on driving efficiency while retaining the human experience of TA; the development of this same expertise across Operations and Talent Brand.
  • Create and manage a vibrant, engaging, and attractive Talent Brand, delivered across social media, digital channels, our internal career site as well as internal and external events to include employment advertising.
  • Optimize employment advertising to help drive candidate applications.
  • Drive TA Operations that automate and/or centralize non-value-added work so that recruiters can focus on relationships with hiring managers and with candidates.
  • Build strong vendor partnerships that support our ability to deliver the right candidates, at the right time, for the right cost for the organization.
  • Continuously and proactively provide recommendations for technology and operational improvement, delivered according to industry trends, business strategy, competitor benchmarking, and a deep insight into a multi-year TA strategy.
  • Possess and cultivate in others a thorough understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs, and a clear vision of how to measure performance and success.
  • Ability to effectively research, craft, create, launch and measure the effectiveness of innovative and integrated marketing strategies across a variety of channels both digital and experiential.
  • Possess a strong desire to get things done, a proven drive, ownership, and accountability; organization and project management skills.
  • Strong project managements skills and the use of tools that provide details and status of all projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 or more years' experience in Talent Acquisition with proven ability to lead both Talent Operations and Talent brand.
  • Detail-orientated and curious, able to quickly evaluate inter-dependencies between projects and programs, and use analytics and creative problem-solving skills to identify a clear pathway to best solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and cross-departmental team building skills with the ability to effectively persuade through oral and written means.
  • Elevated performance in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with demonstrated ability to complete projects on time based on scope, people/resources and business value.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and balance varying workloads to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
  • Experience in project management or project planning.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed for the role.

Competitive Pay $136,383 - $155,477 annually
