ABOUT THE JOB

The Talent Management Coordinator supports critical talent and human resources processes across the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a key coordinator for recruiting, onboarding, leave of absence administration, workers’ compensation administration, employee experience initiatives, and HR operations. The position partners closely with employees, managers, candidates, and external vendors to ensure a positive employee experience, strong compliance practices, and efficient HR service delivery.

SHIFT: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordination 

  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition approval through onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Maintain job postings and recruiting records.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and onboarding activities.
  • Support hiring events, internship programs, and recruiting initiatives.

Leave of Absence Administration 

  • Coordinate FMLA, PFML, ADA accommodations, and company-sponsored leave programs.
  • Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave documentation, timelines, and return-to-work requirements.
  • Maintain accurate leave records and compliance documentation.

Workers Compensation Coordination 

  • Coordinate workers compensation claims and case tracking.
  • Partner with employees, managers, carriers, and providers regarding claims and return-to-work activities.
  • Support OSHA and safety-related administrative processes.

HR Operations & Employee Support 

  • Maintain HRIS records and data integrity.
  • Support audits, reporting, policy administration, and HR projects.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • HRIS experience required; Workday experience preferred.

 

Work Conditions & Physical Demands

Work performed primarily in an office environment with periodic visits to manufacturing areas. Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

SALARY RANGE: $22.00-$30.00/hour 

This is the full salary range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
