The Human Capital team at ICONIQ is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in our values. As our Talent Operations Lead, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Capital Operations to build the processes, systems, and operational excellence that enable our talent programs to scale and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

What You'll Do: 

  • Lead Talent Operations across recruiting, learning, development, and talent programs by creating scalable processes, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Capital Operations, Information Technology, and business leaders.
  • Optimize and oversee talent technology, including applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, learning management, performance management, and survey platforms.
  • Develop and maintain operational playbooks, governance standards, workflows, and documentation that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner on reporting, dashboards, and data governance while ensuring the integrity and quality of talent data.
  • Manage external talent vendors, including onboarding, contracts, performance, and ongoing relationships to ensure strong service delivery and value.
  • Lead change management, communications, and training that drive adoption of talent systems and programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Talent Operations through automation, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Management Operations, Human Resources Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Experience working with talent technology, including applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, learning management, performance management, and survey platforms.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience using reporting and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus. We value team members who are curious about leveraging AI to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and drive innovation.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000.00 - 160,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
