Hawanawana Spa, with a line-up of exclusive world-class spa brands including Eminence, Knesko, OSEA, Shankara and HydraFacial, offers a menu comprising a careful selection of treatments, combining tradition with innovation. Offering a holistic relaxation experience for guests – Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i also features two fitness and yoga facilities – both with fabulous ocean views. Guests looking to add fitness to their wellness regime can explore our comprehensive fitness and yoga programs that include Personal Training, Kettlebell Power, Full Body Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Anti-Gravity Yoga (Aerial Yoga).

What You'll Do

The Spa Receptionist welcomes and orients guests to the spa, locker rooms, and fitness facilities while coordinating spa, wellness, and recreational reservations. This role manages guest check-in and check-out processes, delivers exceptional service, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing environment that supports a luxury guest experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcome guests and provide personalized tours of spa and wellness facilities, assist with appointments, locker arrangements, and facility access, and respond promptly to guest inquiries to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience
  • Accurately explain, schedule, and promote spa, fitness, salon, and retail offerings while utilizing spa management systems and optimizing therapist and treatment room schedules to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of spa, fitness, and relaxation areas, ensuring amenities are replenished and equipment is clean, functional, and operating to established standards
  • Support therapists, instructors, and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and exceptional service delivery
  • Assist with cash handling, charge reconciliation, and hotel posting procedures while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established financial controls
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures, promptly reporting maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions and managing lost-and-found items according to established policies
  • Participate in training programs and team meetings to maintain knowledge of spa services, products, procedures, and service standards
