Spa Receptionist

About the role

Organic Origins Spa is hiring a Spa Receptionist to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. You are the first impression every guest receives when they walk through our doors, and the calm, capable presence that carries them from arrival to checkout. This role is part hospitality, part operations, part sales, and it sits at the heart of how our spa actually runs.

We are looking for someone polished, warm, organized, and genuinely interested in wellness. You should be the kind of person who notices when a guest looks tense and adjusts the room temperature without being asked. You should also be comfortable on a computer, confident on the phone, and unflappable when the schedule shifts mid-day.

What you will do

Welcome every guest with warmth, eye contact, and an unhurried tone that sets the mood for their visit

Manage the daily flow of appointments, check-ins, and checkouts with accuracy

Book services and memberships, and confidently recommend treatments, packages, and retail products that fit each guest

Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and personality

Process payments, gift cards, and membership transactions

Handle guest concerns calmly and resolve them with hospitality-first judgment

Keep the reception area, retail displays, and common spaces guest-ready at all times

Support the team behind the scenes: prepping intake forms, communicating with therapists and estheticians, and keeping the day on track

Take on other responsibilities as the business grows

What we are looking for

2+ years of front-of-house, hospitality, or spa reception experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication, with a warm and professional tone

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing composure

Comfort with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

A sales-comfortable mindset; you understand that recommending the right service is part of taking care of the guest

High school diploma or GED

Genuine alignment with our mission, values, and standards of care

What you get in return

Competitive pay

Performance-based semiannual pay increases

Complimentary massages and facials

Generous retail discounts

Real mentorship and a clear path toward leadership for the right person

A beautiful, well-run environment where your work is seen and valued

How to apply

Send your resume to careers@organicoriginsspa.com and tell us, in a few sentences, why hospitality and wellness matter to you. We read every application.
