SPA RECEPTIONIST + GUEST SERVICES
HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE: PART TIME $14-$18 AN HOUR

JOB SUMMARY:
THE SPA RECEPTIONIST + GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING A WARM, WELCOMING, AND EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY GUEST. THIS ROLE SUPPORTS SPA OPERATIONS BY ASSISTING WITH SCHEDULING, GUEST SERVICES, RETAIL SALES, AND DAILY SPA OPERATIONS WHILE HELPING MAINTAIN THE LUXURY ATMOSPHERE AND HIGH STANDARDS OF THE 614 HEAD SPA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Warmly welcome every guest, assist with check-in, offer beverages and guide guest to providers
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and assist guests with questions regarding services, pricing, memberships, and policies.
  • Schedule, reschedule, modify, and cancel appointments accurately using our booking system.
  • Process guest checkouts, gift card purchases, memberships, retail sales, and service transactions.
  • Recommend retail products, memberships, and future appointments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist the Spa Coordinator and Owner with resolving guest concerns and service recovery when needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with creating marketing and social media content, including photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content when requested.
  • Complete daily laundry, light cleaning, room preparation, stocking, and organizational tasks to maintain spa standards.
  • Support providers and team members to ensure services begin on time and guests receive exceptional care.
  • Complete additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned to support the success of the spa.
REQUIRMENTS
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail + willingness to learn
  • Comfortable learning a large booking software, point-of-sale systems, and new technology.
  • Flexible and willing to assist with various responsibilities as business needs change.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and other peak business hours.
