Spa Associate
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in San Antonio (The Vineyard Shopping Center), TX is looking for a Spa Associate . The successful candidate must have excellent sales skills, communicate in a professional and friendly manner, and a proven record of individual and team success. The optimal candidate should have experience in a high-volume, high traffic store. Previous experience in the Spa Business, Hotel or hospitality business is ideal but not required.
Salary: Hourly rate based on qualifications with a strong Incentive Package that is not capped. Career growth opportunities in the future with this position as this position can transition into Lead Spa Associate or Assistant Manager.
Spa Associate Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the spa and facilitate communication with clients and team members
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests while insuring a positive experience.
  • Actively engage in daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
  • Responsible for checking clients in, confirming services and engage in our Welcome, Empower, Connect process with clients
  • Perform Open / Closing duties efficiently and up to expected standards
  • Assist in maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment
  • Be the face of the business and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards all employees and clients
  • Excel at membership and Gift Card Sales
  • Maintain Spa cleanliness & assist with laundry and sanitation as needed

Spa Associate Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of spa, hospitality and or retail experience preferred
  • Experience in the Beauty / Wellness Industry preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability Work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends, plus extended holidays and special events.
  • Technical skills and/or knowledge of Zenoti or other Spa operating systems is desired.
  • Ability to engage and connect with clients in a enthusiastic manner
  • Positive and outgoing personality with a willingness to create a team atmosphere
  • Successful Sales experience and training
