What You'll Do
The Spa Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Zionsville, IN. This position supports the Spa Director in daily spa operations, including supervising front desk and service teams, managing scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest & team experience. The Spa Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards of service, addresses guest concerns, and promotes a positive, professional atmosphere. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, assisting with training and coaching, overseeing inventory and product displays, and supporting the implementation of promotions and spa programs. The role also involves basic reporting, collaborating on budget and revenue goals, and ensuring that spa facilities are clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury retail management or cosmetic leadership, with strong skills in Spa Management and Skin Care knowledge to support service excellence.
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Extensive sales background in skincare preferred.
  • Basic financial acumen, including familiarity with Budgeting, revenue goals, and cost control within a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, guest-focused culture.
  • Comfort with scheduling systems, point-of-sale software, and basic reporting; previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury service setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to stand or walk for extended periods as required in a spa environment.

Competitive Compensation: $25+ hour plus monthly bonus.
