Assistant Manager - Hand & Stone Lehi
We are looking for a strong, reliable leader to join our team as an Manager at Hand & Stone Lehi.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accountable, and motivated to help lead a team while driving results in a fast-paced spa environment.
Compensation
  • $18-$20/hour (based on experience)
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Free Massage or Facial each month

What You'll Do
  • Support daily spa operations and help lead the front desk team
  • Drive memberships, add-ons, retail, and rebooking
  • Coach and support staff to improve performance
  • Manage schedules based on business needs
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
