Stillwell Spa operates within Snowpine Lodge in Alta, Utah.

This position oversees locker room presentation, detailed cleaning, laundry receiving and processing, amenity replenishment, and general upkeep throughout the spa, ensuring every area remains immaculate, welcoming, and guest-ready.

Job Summary:
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the locker room areas while providing outstanding customer service to members and guests. This role ensures a welcoming, well-stocked, and sanitary environment, and assists guests with amenities, towels, and lockers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Hospitality
  • Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Assist with locker assignments, towel distribution, and amenity requests.
  • Anticipate and respond to member and guest needs to ensure satisfaction.

Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep
  • Regularly clean and disinfect locker rooms, restrooms, showers, sauna/steam areas, and vanity stations.
  • Ensure towels, robes, and toiletries are replenished throughout the day.
  • Remove used towels and laundry to designated areas for processing.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.

Organization & Presentation
  • Keep locker areas neat and presentable at all times.
  • Organize supplies and ensure amenities are attractively displayed and available.
  • Support daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.

Health & Safety Compliance
  • Follow all cleaning and sanitation protocols in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and as directed.
  • Monitor locker room for spills, hazards, or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, customer service, or spa/fitness environments a plus.
