The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. If you're looking for a rewarding career in a supportive environment, Bullfrog Spas is the place for you.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Maintenance: Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as welding and fabrication tasks as Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.Documentation & Communication: Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors.Safety & Organization: Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to the 5 S program across the plant.Collaboration: Work with area Team Leaders to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.Continual Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas for continuous improvement in processes, safety, and maintenance efficiency. Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Experience or training in the following areas, troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic Experience with welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and electronics is highly desired.Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing role, with a solid understanding of machinery and equipment.Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks efficiently.Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 and work at heights. Ability to pass forklift certification (post-hire).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, colleagues and supervisors.Technical Proficiency: Must be able to read and follow instructions.
