The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service & Training Specialist to join our team full‑time in Draper. You’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers understand and use our products while providing exceptional support and education. This role blends customer care with hands‑on training—both internally and externally—to ensure every interaction builds confidence and loyalty. You’ll collaborate across departments to improve processes, share feedback, and deliver a seamless experience that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide expert‑level customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Lead product training sessions for customers and team members.
  • Provide skincare consultations for customers.
  • Train esthetician schools and spas in product use and best practices
