There are no formal qualifications to become a spa receptionist. However, there are some skills you should ideally have when applying for this job. Good computer literacy is essential for record-keeping, billing, and maintaining schedules. Previous experience in a salon or spa, or in a customer service role, is also helpful for interacting with guests about different products and treatments your spa offers.
