  • North Trail RV is looking for a Sales Receptionist to serve as an initial contact for all callers into the organization. The Sales Receptionist answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional manner. The Sales Receptionist also takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or pager.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets and greets all callers; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate employee/location
  • Responds to customers, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence as required.
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as required.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
  • Ability to work 8 hours shift Tuesday-Saturday
