Job description

The Sales Receptionist plays a vital role as the first point of contact within a small sales team, supporting both sales and administrative functions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position involves managing customer interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role includes regular local travel and requires proficiency with phone, in-person communication, CRM software, email handling, and sales documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them accordingly
  • Schedule appointments and manage visitor access
  • Enter data accurately and manage records
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Provide information and support to customers
  • Coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency
  • Support sales team with documentation and communication
