Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with sales and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with sales efforts by following up on leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase business
  • Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services and generate new leads
  • Keep track of inventory and order office supplies as needed

Qualifications:
