Job description

Keeler Motor Car is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a key administrative role that supports both our sales department and daily dealership operations.

Pay: $18.00 $23.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a professional first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage dealership inventory and maintain accurate vehicle records.
  • Process and claim manufacturer sales incentives.
  • Handle and reconcile daily cash, checks, and credit card payments.
  • Track showroom traffic, customer visits, and sales activity.
  • Upload and download documents through various manufacturer and third-party portals.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide general office support to management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
