Job description

Massanutten Resort Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist greets and assists spa guests, schedules appointments, assists with inventory, and sells retail items while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for guests and co-workers. Must have excellent customer service and computer skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to relate to guests and co-workers professionally.

Required:

  • Excellent phone skills and customer service
  • Excellent guest-facing comportment
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Must be at least 21

Preferred:

  • Spa scheduling experience on spa software
  • Resort spa experience

Job-Type: Part-Time

Typical Schedule:

Days:

  • Varies from week to week, including weekends and holidays

Hours:

  • Varied hours, including evenings

Compensation:

  • Pay: $12.77/Hour
