Vous travaillerez en etroite collaboration avec les equipes d'ingenierie, de donnees, de securite et d'infrastructure pour garantir que les services Flow soient fiables, evolutifs et prets a prendre en charge des produits a forte croissance et des workflows bases sur l'IA et le ML.

C'est l'occasion pour vous de faconner le fonctionnement a grande echelle d'une plateforme cloud moderne, en renforcant la fiabilite, en ameliorant la vitesse de developpement et en rendant possible la prochaine generation d'outils creatifs bases sur l'IA.

Responsabilites

  • Diriger et developper une equipe d'ingenierie hautement performante axee sur les operations et la fiabilite de la plateforme

  • Definir et mettre en uvre des pratiques d'excellence operationnelle sur l'ensemble de la plateforme Flow (surveillance, alertes, astreinte, gestion des incidents)

  • Definir et faire evoluer les SLO, SLI et normes de fiabilite pour l'ensemble des services de la plateforme

  • Gerer et ameliorer les processus de reponse aux incidents, y compris la detection, le triage, la resolution et les analyses retrospectives

  • Promouvoir l'adoption des meilleures pratiques en matiere de CI/CD et de deploiement afin d'ameliorer la securite des deploiements et la vitesse de developpement

  • Collaborer avec les equipes produit et d'ingenierie pour garantir la maturite operationnelle et l'evolutivite des nouveaux services et fonctionnalites

  • Diriger les initiatives de tests de performance, de planification de la capacite et d'optimisation des systemes

  • Developper et faire evoluer les capacites d'observabilite (journalisation, surveillance, tracabilite) sur l'ensemble des systemes distribues

  • Faciliter et soutenir le deploiement des services d'IA et de ML en garantissant la robustesse operationnelle et l'evolutivite

  • Favoriser une culture de la responsabilite, de l'appropriation et de l'amelioration continue au sein de l'equipe

Qualifications minimales

  • Licence en informatique, en genie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Plus de 7 ans d'experience en genie logiciel, dont au moins 2 ans dans un role de direction technique ou de gestion

  • Experience de l'exploitation de systemes distribues a grande echelle dans des environnements de production

  • Solide comprehension des plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) et des architectures de services modernes

  • Experience des pipelines CI/CD, de l'ingenierie de mise en production et des strategies de deploiement

  • Experience pratique des outils de surveillance, d'alerte et d'observabilite

We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead our Platform Operations team for Flow, Autodesk's cloud platform powering next-generation media and entertainment workflows.

This is a critical leadership role focused on operational excellence, reliability, and platform readiness at scale. You will lead a team responsible for defining and driving best practices across monitoring, alerting, incident response, CI/CD, and production readiness. You will partner closely with engineering, data, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure Flow services are reliable, scalable, and ready to support high-growth products and AI/ML-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on platform operations and reliability

  • Define and drive operational excellence practices across Flow Platform (monitoring, alerting, on-call, incident management)

  • Define and evolve SLOs, SLIs, and reliability standards across platform services

  • Own and improve incident response processes, including detection, triage, resolution, and postmortems

  • Drive adoption of best-in-class CI/CD and release practices to improve deployment safety and developer velocity

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure production readiness and scalability of new services and features

  • Lead performance testing, capacity planning, and system optimization initiatives

  • Build and scale observability capabilities (logging, monitoring, tracing) across distributed systems

  • Enable and support the rollout of AI & ML services by ensuring operational robustness and scalability

  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role

  • Experience operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern service architectures

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release engineering, and deployment strategies

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools

  • Proven ability to lead incident response and improve operational processes

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
