The Manager oversees the daily operation and efficiency of the staff working to optimize customer value and profitability.ย  The ideal candidate may have some post-secondary education or training, dealer-level or large facility experience, and previous management experience. They have a certification or designation in the field of automotive repair or are willing to obtain certification, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record.
