D2B Groups is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabrication Manager to lead our client's fabrication operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a team of fabricators and coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily fabrication activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to plan and schedule fabrication projects.
  • Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to specifications and standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage resources, equipment, and materials to meet production demands.
