Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Fabrication Manager to lead our fabrication and production team in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, experience operating CNC equipment, and proven leadership skills.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily fabrication operations, managing personnel, coordinating production schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring all work meets quality and production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage day-to-day fabrication and welding operations.
Supervise, train, and support fabrication team members.
Operate, set up, and calibrate CNC equipment as needed.
Develop and manage production schedules to keep projects on track.
Coordinate workflow, materials, and manpower to meet production deadlines.
