Job description

We are currently hiring a Sign Shop Helper for a growing production and fabrication facility in Tampa. This is a hands-on position supporting the production of signs, displays, and custom projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, follows directions well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the production, assembly, and preparation of signs and displays
• Operate hand tools and basic shop equipment safely
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards
• Support other shop and production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or fabrication experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices
