Installation & Event Support

  • Install vinyl graphics and signage onsite at event venues, conferences, and branded activations
  • Apply graphics to walls, panels, structures, and custom-built elements
  • Assist with installation of branded environments, photo moments, and signage displays
  • Work with the production and install team to meet event timelines and setup schedules
  • Travel to local event venues as required for installation and breakdown

Production & Quality Control

  • Ensure graphics are applied cleanly and accurately with attention to detail
  • Inspect finished products to maintain company quality standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and material challenges as they arise

Shop Organization & Workflow

  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
  • Assist with inventory of vinyl, substrates, and production materials
  • Support the production team in preparing signage for upcoming events

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sign Shop Manager and production team
  • Support event preparation deadlines and production schedules
  • Assist warehouse and install teams when signage preparation is required

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in sign production, vinyl application, or large-format graphics
