Key ResponsibilitiesTool & Equipment Management
  • Manage and maintain the company’s tool warehouse and storage areas.
  • Implement and oversee tool sign-out and sign-in procedures.
  • Track tool assignments and monitor which employees have company-owned equipment.
  • Inspect returned tools to verify proper functionality and completeness.
  • Ensure all accessories (batteries, chargers, attachments, cases, etc.) are returned.
  • Report missing, damaged, or unreturned tools to management.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools.
  • Coordinate replacement of damaged or non-repairable tools with management approval.
Warehouse Organization & Oversight
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times.
  • Keep aisles clear and ensure all areas remain easily accessible.
  • Organize tools and materials in clearly labeled, designated areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumable materials.
  • Assist with periodic inventory audits and reporting.
Fleet & Equipment Maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on dump trailers.
  • Ensure trailers remain safe, operational, and properly registered.
  • Report mechanical issues requiring professional repair.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all shop equipment.
Material Handling & Logistics
  • Perform scheduled dump runs, transporting debris from job sites to approved disposal facilities.
  • Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed.
  • Verify delivery accuracy and obtain receipts when required.
  • Assist with safe loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Field Support (As Needed)
  • Support construction crews during slower warehouse periods.
  • Assist with jobsite cleanup, debris removal, and material organization.
  • Support demolition tasks as directed by the Project Manager or Superintendent.
  • Help stage tools and unload materials at active job sites.
  • Maintain consistent safety standards both onsite and in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate field support with management to ensure warehouse operations remain uninterrupted.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, tool management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic tool repairs and maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers.
  • Ability to lift, load, and transport materials and equipment as required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and accountability of company assets.
