Customer Service & Production Coordinator
Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Full-Time

We're a fast-paced local print and sign company looking for an experienced, self-motivated person who knows the industry and can hit the ground running.
This is not a sit-and-answer-phones role. You'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operation — talking to customers, moving orders through production, coordinating schedules, and jumping in wherever the day needs you. We're looking for someone who already knows the rhythm of a print or sign shop and doesn't need to be shown how things work.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Greeting customers and managing order intake from start to finish
• Providing quotes and estimates for print and sign projects
• Coordinating production schedules and communicating priorities across the team
• Scheduling delivery drivers and installation crews
• Operating digital production equipment (digital press experience a strong plus)
• Light finishing and bindery work as needed
• Keeping things moving — urgency is part of the job
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a print or sign shop environment — this is a firm requirement
• Strong customer service instincts — you actually enjoy working with people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
• Able to work independently and manage your day without being micromanaged
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
What We Offer:
• Full-time position with consistent hours
• Competitive pay commensurate with experience
• A tight-knit team that takes the work seriously and has fun doing it
• Room to grow with a company that's on the move
If you know print, move fast, and take pride in your work — we want to hear from you.
Apply with your resume and a brief note about your print or sign industry background.
