- Communicate with the customer and take their orders at the Front desk and over the phone.

- Experience in POS System handling.

- Must have computer operating knowledge.

- Basic experience in email handling, MS Office applications, and Adobe Applications.

- Answer telephone and provide excellent customer service.

- Experience in operating oversize digital printers and wide-format printing.

- Able to do multi-tasking and willing to learn new skills and technologies.

- Willing to learn new equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to lift up to 50lbs

- Knowledge to troubleshoot & maintenance of printers & other print shop related equipment.
