Looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? Euclid-Florence Coffee, located in Helena, MT, is hiring Shop Supervisors to take charge, inspire teams, and ensure our coffee shop runs like a well-oiled machine. If you’re passionate about leadership, team building, and delivering exceptional customer service, this role is the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shop Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer enjoys a top-notch experience while supporting your team to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting barista teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Coaching employees on performance, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Maintaining shop cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Communicating with management through bi-weekly reports.
  • Organizing team meetings and sharing company updates.
  • Assisting with scheduling, deposits, inventory management, and shop organization.
